SIRC Conference registration is now open via ExOrdo. Please find registration fees listed below. Early bird registration rates end July 31. Please confirm your SIRC membership status before selecting a registration rate. You can pause the registration process and visit the SIRC website to check your membership status and renew if needed.

Preconference Workshops
Preconference workshops will be held 1:30pm-5:00pm Pacific Time on Thursday, September 8th. Workshops will be engaging, skills-based, and interactive to optimize learning and application of skills. Continuing Education Units will be provided to workshop attendees. Space for workshops is limited. During registration, you can view titles and descriptions of all preconference workshops. An additional fee of $150 ($50 for students) applies at checkout. Attendees may only register for one preconference workshop.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The cost of receiving CEUs is $100.00. You will add CEUs to your registration order when you reach the “Workshop” section of registration. PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing CEUs, you are eligible to receive them for the entire SIRC 2022 conference (September 8-10, 2022). The Society for Implementation Research Collaboration (SIRC) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. SIRC maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
Social Events
During registration, you can view titles and descriptions of optional social events coordinated by SIRC. Pricing and dates for social events may vary and are included in the description. As additional social events may be added, we will email registrants to notify them of sign-up details.
How to Pay
Exordo accepts two payment methods:
- Credit card paymentsare processed by Stripe at the end of the Exordo registration process. All major credit cards are accepted. To request an invoice (before or after paying for registration), please email Bushong Accounting (tyler@bushongaccounting.com). In your request, please detail the institution name, address, the names of each individual you plan to register, their registration rate (based on their SIRC membership and student status), any preconference workshops registrants plan to attend (additional fees may apply), if CEUs will be purchased, and any additional information your organization requires to be listed in the invoice.
- Bank transfer payments can be requested in the final step of the Exordo registration process. Select “pay later by bank transfer” and Exordo will automatically email you instructions to contact Bushong Accounting (tyler@bushongaccounting.com) to obtain the details for completing the bank transfer. Once payment is received, Exordo will mark your registration as paid in full. You will not be able to attend the conference until payment is received.
Please note that we do not accept Purchase Orders as a payment method. The PO field in Exordo is intended only for individuals at institutions that require a PO number be assigned to an invoice for their own internal tracking purposes.
Federal Employees
Please note SAM registration is in progress and projected to be approved in August. If you want to be alerted about when SAM registration is complete so you can register for SIRC, please contact sircimplementation@gmail.com. You are welcome to provide a list all names and emails of colleagues from your site who plan to register for the conference. In the meantime, we are “holding” approximately 100 early bird registrations per prior VA/federal attendance at SIRC until after SAM is approved.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation/refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds will incur a $30 USD administrative fee. To request a cancelation/refund, contact sircimplementation@gmail.com. For hotel cancelation please contact the Coronado Island Marriot at (619) 435-3000.
